26th April.

I had a data analysis test in the gene today so I was only in uni from 12 till 1. I wasn't allowed to leave until 1, even if I did finish at 12.20. It was a schoosh. Saying that, I probably have done quite bad because that always happens when I say something was easy. I got my final minitab book back and got 95%. Yayyyy. Also got some lab reports back. I have exemption from maths. YUS. :D !!!
Since coming home from uni, I watched My Wife And Kids and worked on my lab report for CAB. It's to be handed in this week, Friday I think, but I want to have it all done as soon as possible to be honest so I have more time to study for my exams.
After dinner, my dad and I watched lots of videos on YouTube from Later with Jools Holland. I think I'm starting to love Stornoway.

I also pretty much adore this song by Laura Marling. I have loved it since I first heard it, but she's pretty much amazing on Later.
I love how my dad loves loads of good music. He even recommends bands to me. He's the one who first mentioned Stornoway to me. Today, when I was listening to Radio 1, Sweet Disposition by the Temper Trap was on and my dad was like "Who sings that ? Sweet Disposition, yeah ?" When watching a video of Cage The Elephant playing In One Ear, my dad paused it and said, "he's definitely on something, that boy." It made me laugh.

I read this somewhere on Tumblr:
"I said beep beep faggot to some guy and he said I need to learn some respect. Okay."
I hate the word "faggot." It's just so horrible and it kind of really bugs me when people say it. But hey, that's my opinion. & Also, manners are good. Always. Excuse me would have been much nicer than "beep beep." People with no manners bug me.

Also, thank you Jayne for taking this wonderful picture that I happened to have found:

Isn't it fetching?

I read this in the Metro today:

“Adults are not kwl enough for Bebo lyk
“CAN’T get your head around the typo-riddled text on teenagers’ Bebo pages? Lyk OMG, you’re not meant to.
Researchers claim the exotic spelling, energetic punctuation and use of words unknown to most dictionaries is a carefully crafted bid to keep people out.”

Are you being serious, Metro ? I don't think they do it to "keep people out." I think it's more that they are illiterate fools who think it's incredibly cool to add like 50 extra letters on to every single word used.
